How old do you have to be to get a tongue peircing WITH a parent?

I think Im way to young for professionally getting it done, but i really want one, so if im to young, ill do it with a bobby pen, but how old would you have to be?

In the US the legal age is 18, regardless whether you have your parent's permission or not. If you don't wanna wait the painful alternative is to numb the area with ice and slide a needle through. However, this method is verypainfull and can lead to infections. You should wait or get it done in other country.
i got mine done when i was 16 but my friend who was 18 came with me so i guess he counted as a adult lol. my parents didn't know but its not a big deal as they said least you can take the stud out better then a tattoo lol couple weeks later i got one of those too HAHA! anyhow i think you shouldn't do it with out a professinal!! you might get blood posioning! seriously don't x
it all depends on what city like some cities are different um mm some says you have to be 18 or some says you have to be 21 and some just give you one if they like you if you are 16 so um just try those
