How long does it take to receive the packet from the DMV for the parent taught drivers program in Texas?

I sent the $20 and form at the beginning of June, and its almost September?


Everyone else that sent theirs in, received the packet and book within a month, should I just send in another form?





And is there any way I can look online to see if/when they mailed it, like a tracking code of some sort?
