Does anyone have good advice for convincing parents to get a hamster?

I need advice, because my parents wont get me a hamster.Does anyone have good advice for convincing parents to get a hamster?
dont ask them two much cause then its just not going to work. If you have any other pets show them you are responsible by taking care of them for nowDoes anyone have good advice for convincing parents to get a hamster?
My family has two dogs, a cat and three guinea pigs. I own three hamsters even when my mom said no. I begged her and begged her and told her that they would be sold to the pet store as snake food. I told her that they would be free and I would pay for the cage and other expenses (food, etc.). She wore down and said yes.
tell them you will pay for it and you will take full care of it.
I'd get a rat instead. They never bite, they're very intelligent, and they bond with you like dogs. Hamsters bite whenever they feel like it. Don't misunderstand Fancy Rats! They're so much different from the typing rat you may find running around your attic.
Start doing chores or more chores and help around the house.
I guess it depends on thier reasons for not letting you have one. If you have other pets they may think that adding another pet would be too much.

If the reason is that they don't think you would be able to care for it you have to show them that you are responsible enough. Tell them that you really would like to have a hamster, do some research on their care and make sure you tell your parents while talking about it that hamsters need this or hamsters need that, the best thing for hamsters is_____, This is what type of cage it would need, this is what it needs to eat, etc.

Then offer to do chores to earn the money to buy the hamster and accesories. This will show that you are serious enough to learn what needs to be done and want it enough to earn it.

Good luck.
say you will clean it's cage as much as required, and they are very fun to play with. tell them it will teach you responsibility and would make you soooo happy. tell them they are low maintenance. then tell them to please think about it first before they shout no.
Well Hamsters Arent That Much Trouble.......You Just Have To Clean The Cage 1-2 Times A Week, Give It New Bedding, Replace Its Water And Food And Play With It.....and thats It Really All There Is To Do.

But You Have To Remember Hamsters Are Nocturnal So They Wont Be Very Playful During The Day. And Also You May Want To Get A Thing For Your Hampster To Exercise Like A Wheel Or Tunnels. Goodluck
