What would happen if you killed your parents and your 15 years of age?

Just the law of what would happen if you did.


Where would you go, what would they do to you.


The law for all country's although I am a lot more interested of the laws for this in America Australia and Japan.What would happen if you killed your parents and your 15 years of age?

You would be charged with murder, because the prosecutor would have this question from your computer to prove premeditation. Because of the seriousness of the crime, the state could prosecute you as an adult - which would cause you to face the same punishment as an adult. Life in prison or execution. Because of your age, the court may place you in a juvenile facility until you reach 18, and then transfer you to a prison. Again, because of your age, the court may attempt to rehabilitate you, if they feel that is possible, and you may just serve 10 or 40 years - depending on the state. Of course, you would be on parole for the rest of your life..... that is if you survive prison. You would have thrown away your childhood, and with all the ';love'; they show you in prison, (because of your young age) a normal life on the outside would be out of the question. Nobody would want to associate with you since you would be a convicted murderer, and you would live a very lonely life. Your family would hate you, and your friends would be afraid of you. The police would watch you 24/7 to make sure you didn't kill again. Nobody would hire you - so you would have no income. Most long term prisoners commit other crimes so that they can return to prison, because they become institutionalized, and can not live outside prison. What a life - go for it!

Tell the court that you are representing yourself, one reason being that without parents, you have no money.





Then I would suggest that you ';throw yourself at the mercy of The Court'; and do it because you are NOW an orphan...

They should be prepared to be tried as an adult and to spend the rest of their life in prison.
They could be tried as an adult and spend a lot of time in jail. Depends on the circumstances.
you'd prolly go to an insane asylum.
